very rude person and hided costs, they kept 300€ from our deposit because we made 150km extra because only 150 were included apparently but nobody told us that....

Decepcionada al 100%. Estoy acostumbrada a alquilar furgonetas y nunca he tenido la sensación de que me estafen o me tomen por tonta.
No volvería a alquilar ahí...
